Article 1 — Service Overview
AMNÉ is a personal memory platform that allows users to record life stories, memories, and photos, and optionally share them with selected individuals.

Article 2 — Acceptance of Terms
By using AMNÉ, users fully agree to these Terms of Service.
AMNÉ may update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes by email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
By using AMNÉ, users confirm that they meet all eligibility requirements, including the minimum age requirement.
Article 3 — Access and Account Creation
Users must be at least 18 years old to access or use the service.
By creating an account, users expressly confirm that they are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
AMNÉ reserves the right to suspend or delete any account if it has reasonable grounds to believe the user does not meet this age requirement.
Article 4 — Pricing and Subscription
4.1 Free Plan
Limited access to platform features.
4.2 Premium Plan
€59/year including full access and one memory autobiography generation per year.
4.3 Add-on — Additional Book Generation
€19 per additional generation under specific content update conditions.
4.4 Payment
Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
4.5 Pricing Changes
AMNÉ reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time.
Users will be informed in advance of any changes. Updated pricing applies only at the next billing cycle. Users may cancel before renewal if they do not accept the new pricing.
4.6 Right of Withdrawal
Users have a 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer law.
Article 5 — User Content
Users retain full ownership of their content.
By uploading content, users grant AMNÉ a limited license to store, display, and process content for service functionality.
Users are responsible for all content they upload.
Article 6 — Intellectual Property
All platform elements (design, code, branding, features) are protected under intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of AMNÉ.
Article 7 — Memory Book Feature
Generated content is for personal use only and may not be commercially distributed.
Article 8 — Data Retention
Active accounts: data retained
Archived accounts: retained for 1 year in read-only mode
After 1 year: permanent deletion

Data is securely stored within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany), in full compliance with GDPR.
Article 10 — Service Availability
AMNÉ strives to maintain service availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Article 11 — Termination
Users may cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the billing period.
Article 12 — Limitation of Liability
AMNÉ shall not be liable for:
loss of data
service interruptions
indirect damages
Article 13 — Force Majeure
AMNÉ is not responsible for failure due to events beyond reasonable control.
Article 14 — Governing Law
These Terms are governed by French law. Courts of Lognes, France shall have jurisdiction.
